In December 2010, the "system and standardize month" SCOM introduced 5 s management system, to give the staff to create a clean, neat, comfortable, reasonable workplace and space environment, make the company office of management and advanced cultural construction to a new level.

To implement 5 s specifications, company established 5 s management system implementation team organization and execution task force. The company plans in 2011 completed before March 5 s stable cross, planted 5 s daily job specification.
